Girl Germs, named after one of the original Riot Grrrl zines, is a special session for feminists of all ages on Saturday 24 October starting at 2 PM and ending with a screening of Whip It from 4-6pm!

At GOFF we’re all about the girl gang and that includes our teen dreamers, who are warmly invited! Or maybe Riot Grrrl was a special time and place for you, and you wanna revisit? Well, babes, memory lane is open!

There’ll be live performances, a “Nailed It” nail bar so you can get yr hands all gussied up, and of course your chance to make your very own zine at our workshop.

We’re so incredibly excited at GOFF HQ because all we want is for feminists of every age to feel like there are lots of us, that there are fun and amazing things happening, that we can fight our fight and party hardy, that activism is more than just megaphones and barricades, and that we’re all in this together.

Girl Germs is gonna be such a kick and we can’t wait to see you all again at GOFF this October! This is a unisex, all-ages event, with a special emphasis on young feminists. (Tickets to Whip It are available to be bought separately.)
